Joey brings a wealth of experience from outside a traditional home services industry setting. His background is actually as a house flipper working with many of the major mechanical systems in a residential home setting. Fun fact about Joey, he was actually one of our biggest customers before joining our team here at Oceanview. He is a husband, father, and enjoys playing disc golf and serving at his church in his downtime.
Emiliano is something of a rising star here at Oceanview. He was hand-selected from the construction industry by one of our owners, Jose, to come and study under the other owner, Bobby, as an apprentice. With a diverse construction background and formal HVAC training from our team, Emi has emerged as one of our most successful apprentices, completing the training and promotion to Maintenance Technician faster than any other student we’ve had! He’s a very caring and fun-loving father of one and likes to referee soccer games in his spare time. He speaks both Spanish and English as well as a little Portuguese.
Michael DeFeis has been an HVAC technician for 3 years and originally started with Oceanview Heating and Air in early 2023. Cristina Miller is the dedicated Dispatcher and Office Administrator at Oceanview Heating and Air Conditioning Repair. Ensuring the seamless coordination of service calls, maintaining efficiency, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of her responsibilities. Cristina is originally from Long Island, NY but has moved quite a bit in her life as her husband serves as a Navy Chaplain. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, serving in her church, exercising, cooking, and hosting friends and family.
Dan is our Support Technician. In the heat of summer and in the cold of winter when we are at our busiest, Dan is often the grease that keeps our little machine going. He’s a jack of all trades that helps us in many different ways. Dan is retired from a career working in an oil refinery near where he grew up in Napa, CA. He moved to Summerville with his wife to be close to his family and loves having an opportunity to explore the low country, meet new people, and use his skills to serve others.
