Jose came to HVAC from a career as a real estate agent, broker and investor, and now runs the day-to-day leadership of Oceanview. He pairs an analytical head with genuine empathy, which is why clients and crew both find him easy to talk to.
Robert is the owner whose expertise the whole company was built around. He leads by example — every system he services or installs is done with the same care and precision, and he will not compromise on safety or quality.
Bob brings 20 years of mechanical and refrigeration experience and has been with Oceanview since day one. His favorite part of the job is connecting with clients — having a laugh and swapping stories.
Joey came up flipping houses, which means he has worked with just about every mechanical system in a home. Fun fact: he was one of our biggest customers before he joined the team.
Michael has been an HVAC technician for three years and joined Oceanview in early 2023. He is constantly building his knowledge, and his work ethic makes him invaluable on any job.
Emiliano was hand-picked out of construction to apprentice under Bobby, and moved up to Maintenance Technician faster than any apprentice we have had. He speaks Spanish and English, plus a little Portuguese.
Cristina keeps service calls coordinated and customers looked after. Originally from Long Island, she has moved plenty — her husband serves as a Navy Chaplain — and now calls the Lowcountry home.
In the heat of summer and the cold of winter, Dan is the grease that keeps the machine running. Retired from a career at an oil refinery in Napa, he moved to Summerville to be near family.
Kristen is one of the voices you will hear when you call our Summerville office. She keeps customers looked after from the first call through to the visit.
Austin is a veteran installer who brings skill, precision and professionalism to every replacement job. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, he is someone we count on to lead the install team and deliver top-quality results every time.
Andrew is one of our bright young stars, trained by our technical staff to keep customers systems clean and running efficiently. A graduate of our partner training program at Go Time Success Group, he brings a level of skill and detail orientation far beyond his years.
Carlie is our connection queen, the local hands and feet of the marketing team. She loves people and is highly skilled at engagement and event coordination. She leads our work in the local community and makes sure our customers know how much we appreciate them.
